Okay guys this recipe is literally from a year ago but now that I’m two weeks away from graduating I have buckets of time, I have no idea what to do with myself. But anyway the original recipe added sugar to the tomato sauce, the recipe I found added a pinch of sugar, but i’m sure you can just add as much sugar that desires your taste. I also added vegetables to the pasta. This was hands down the most easy pasta recipe I’ve ever made, it’s just too bad I can find the original, haha.

This was a simple pasta recipe that I made a while back, it was very easy to make. I wasn’t as flavorful as I would have liked though, so maybe next time I will use different spices and add some type of vegetable.

This was (yes I said was because I demolished it) a sandwich that I ordered from Kelly’s Bakery & Cafe located in Downtown Bloomington. I really enjoyed the sandwich and actually the bakery itself is pretty cute but then again I do have a weak spot for bakeries/cafes. If you happen to be in town you should drop by, they have a very diverse menu so your bound find something that will please your taste buds. I just found out they have soup and salad nights so I can’t wait to check that out.

It’s been such a long time since I made this, I actually think it was summer 2011. Yes I have a problem uploading pics, they sit on my computer for months before I post them. Sorry. 

I don’t remember the recipie but I found two online that looked good, one that uses bread slices as the muffin, and the other uses biscuits as the muffin. Try them both! Here are the links!

Last week I was in Anaheim, California for a Bible Training. During our dinner break between meetings, some saints and I went to this restaurant called El Pollo Loco. It was my first time there and I was given their Chicken Tortilla Soup to try. Let me just say it was delicious! Yes it was a little bit on the salty side but a cup of water solved the problem. Now that I’m back in the midwest and there’s no El Pollo Loco anywhere to be found I’ve decided to take it upon myself to find the recipe.
